Insurance

We have renewed our insurance policy with Greater NY Mutual, which had expired on July 27, 2013.

As a reminder, the ice dam deductible per unit was increased last year from $2,500 to $10,000. Therefore, you should contact your own insurance agent to make sure you have adequate coverage to cover this deductible. The master policy deductible remains at $5,000 for other claims.

Painting

R.J. McAuliffe Painting has completed the painting of building G (59-65DR) & building I (36-38DR and 1-3MH). They have also painted the front of building P (83-89DR).

Pool Closing

The pool is scheduled for closing the week of September 9th. We will post a notice on the pool door when the pool is officially closed. We hope you enjoyed the use of the pool this season!

Exterior Alterations

Please remember that any alterations, additions or improvements made to the exterior of the buildings or grounds must first be approved in writing by the Board of Trustees. Exterior changes include, but are not limited to, such items as doors (even if you are replacing an existing one), windows, flowerbeds, etc.

If you are interested in making a change, please submit a letter to Alpine for approval from the Board. Any unit owner that does not have prior approval will be subject to a fine.
