Pool Reminders

Please remember that parking along the roadway near the pool is prohibited If you need a ride to the pool, you must have someone else drop you and then have your vehicle moved back to its designated parking space.

Also remember that babies must wear "swim diapers" in the pool. Diapers cannot be thrown into the trash barrels at the pool, they must be brought to the dumpster or disposed of at home.

Finally, please be respectful of our neighboring condominium, Parker Village, and DO NOT use their amenities.

We appreciate your cooperation.

Painting

Prime Touch will be painting buildings K & O this season. We hope to get them started by mid September. Prior to the painting, the carpenters will check the building for any wood rot and replace as necessary. The decks will also painted.

Insurance

The Association's insurance with Greater New Your Insurance Company renewed on July 27, 2010. We were able to get the premium reduced by approximately $1000.

If you need to obtain a certificate of insurance, please contact the agent directly. The agent is Richard W. Endlar Insurance Agency. Endlar can be reached at (781) 455-6664 or by visiting their website at Endlar.com.

Additionally, we urge each unit owner and/or resident to obtain their own homeowner's insurance (HO-6) or renter's insurance (HO-4) policy because the master insurance policy does not cover the contents of the units. Unit owners are also responsible for the first $5,000 of damage inside their unit.

Exterior Alterations

Please remember that any alterations, additions or improvements made to the exterior of the buildings or grounds must first be approved in writing by the Board of Trustees. Exterior changes include, but are not limited to, such items as doors (even if you are replacing an existing one), windows, flowerbeds, etc.

If you are interested in making a change, please submit a letter to Alpine for approval from the Board. Any unit owner that does not have prior approval will be subject to a fine.
